I was about 190 pounds in this pic. Wanted to gain alot more muscle and lose alot of fat. I could hardly see my muscles. I ran twice a week and lifted weights 3 times a week.

Thanks bro, I have actually cut down cardio just a bit since my metabolism is really high..So I only do about 10-15 mins of cardio every other day..not too much at all.

well, it depends. when i'm bulking... none. over the last 4 weeks, when i was cutting - I started at about 20 min after each workout and built up to 40 min after each workout plus cut way down on my carbs...

I train my abs about twice a week but I do cardio about 4x a week (running, swimming etc), I'm sure you know that cardio is most important if you want abs...its tough but its the only way!
