Breakfast: 5 eggs 5 egg whites, 5 turkey bacon, 5 pancakes with 50 gram pro powder mixed in the batter
meal one: 12 oz 90 % lean ground beef 2 cups of rice
meal two: 12 oz chicken 2 cups green beans 15 almonds
meal three: 12 oz ground beef 2 cups of rice
meal four: 12 oz chicken 2 cups of green beans
meal five : 60 gram pro shake 15 almonds flax oil
meal six: 12 oz ground beef 2 cups of rice
meal seven: 12 oz chicken cup oates
post workout: 60 gram shake with fast acting carbs
