My workout

hello everyone!

Well after much research, I have figured out what I need to do in order to reach my goals. There is a body type I am aiming for, which is a slender, lean and toned look. I really don't want that super cut look, except for if I am deliberatley flexing.

Therefore I have discovered that the following routine works for me.

I emphasize cardio by spending at least 45 - 60 minutes walk/jog/running.

I vary the grade/inclination according to how I feel. I aim for

45minutes at least 600 calories and

60 minutes  800 calories.

My personal best has been 1016 calories in an hour. My goal is to build up to 2000.

When the resistance is high and the speed is moderate (3.5-4.0 mile an hour) I'm on a roll.

I usually alternate between speed walking, jogging and running. And I have the best playlist ever keeping me motivated.

 

I then spend about 1/2 an hour on resitance training which includes inner and outer thighs, obliques, abs, glutes, and back.

I usually go for 70 pounds on the arms, and 130 on the thighs.

I focus on doing fewer sets with heavier weights.

 

When I'm not at the gym, I'm working out at home. I have 2 10 pounders (D bells).

I usually play a song and work out to it like that. Every spare chance I get, I work on my abs.

I have a manual treadmill and an Abcircle. Pretty soon, I'll get the Core body reformer, and the Bowflex Treadclimber. I bore easily so I force my self to mix it up constantly.

Mostly vegan/vegetarian

I'm lacto ovo vegatarian. And perhaps 80 percent raw.

Nuts, fruits, veggies, soy, almond milk, green leafy veggies...essential!

 

I'm carnivorous around my cycle and I'm looking for ways to build iron and get in more essential high protein vegan/veggie foods so I don't need to get weighed down with the meats.

I can't fail. I just can't. I have too much at stake, and I've come way too far.

My motivation is derived from several sources.

My health is important because I need to be healthy to work and earna living to take care of my children and be a role model for them.

Personal satisfaction on my part is also a plus from being motivated and staying committed to my ftness goals because it is gratifying to shut people up by not responding to them, but by letting your actions speak louder than your words.

I would save a bundle of money if I get back to the smaller version of myself because larger clothing is expensive.

I like being an inspiration and motivation to others.

So this is all I had time for in my crazy life today was a 10 minute workout, and I nearly skipped it because I have to leave earlier for work since I live farther away from it and I'm exhausted from trying to stay up and study last night. I woke up around 3 am and got about a solid 1 hour and 15 minutes of studying done. I started working out around 4:35 am and now is 4:40 and my heart is pumping! 100 crunches 100 reverse crunches 20 reverse dips 20 standing pushups with a twist 10 lateral... Go to BodyBlog
