How I Started:
My whole life I have wanted to workout and gain muscle. However, the majority of people I talked to advised me not to train very heavily until I was 18 or my body was done growing. Well, I am 18 now and I am pretty sure that my body has grown enough for me to start. For the last 4 months or so I have been gathering information on how to succesfully workout, etc... and have been working out semi-consistently. Now, with knowledge gained and supplements in hand, I am ready to embark on this adventure full time!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because, simply, it makes me feel good! It is a great stress reducer and fun way to keep up a healthy body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by focusing on what I want to accomplish. I am not there yet, and that keeps me going back for more.
My workouts have been really good lately. I have been really concentrating on each rep to make it count. My diet has been disrupted a little these last few days because an order of my protein was delayed and we have been having snow problems. I will be hitting the stores tomorrow, hopefully,...

I hit shoulders once a week, with maximum insensity. Two pressing movements, followed by two side lateral exercises, and a few sets of front raises. and finally some rear delts. I always train traps after shoulders. Take a look at thefitshow.com for some shoulder ideas, especially the three milos sarcev ones.
pretty good. i think my back is getting wider, or at least thats what my friends say and i have gained 7 pounds. So im well on my way to accomplishing them. How about you?
