Why I Love It: I love being above average. I love pushing the limits of what I can handle. I love growth in all forms of existance; body, mind, spirit. I love the character building that dedication provides.
How I Stay Motivated: Having a deep love for improvement and expansion is the pre-requisite. I also don't allow myself to be unmotivated. It's not a choice, I just do it.
BB Accomplishments: I'm not a competitive bodybuilder. Nor do I have ANY desire to compete in a Man-geant (pageant for men). However, lifting like one keeps me athletic, in shape, and feeling good.
