What insanealex Is Up To

insanealex created a new BodyBlog entry "New self challenge ".

Setting a new goal for myself, truth be told my focus has been off set with a new job, always running around for others, and plans for the future. Time to stop will all the other challenges of the daily life and get back on track here.  New goal is set, not to sure on the weight but I am averaging around 10 to 11% bodyfat. Trying to go down to 6% if I make it to 7 or 8% i'll be content for the short period of time I have to reach my goal. But I am aiming for 6% When I reach that goal, I... Go to BodyBlog

dpaul4553 My training is going well, I'm starting to enjoy training for another 5K, believe it or not, as I haven't really focused on running before. I'm starting my busy time of year at work so I won't be in the gym for a couple weeks, but I'll keep up with the cardio. How's your training going? Are you back to adding mass or cutting further? dpaul4553 Training's not going too badly, I've got my first 5K on Saturday and I think I'll be able to run most of it. Lifting is off but I think that's because I'm focusing so much on cardio. I've still got a way to go though before my abs start showing of course but at least the gut is getting flatter! Jul 16, 2012 9:50pm

dpaul4553 Too bad about losing most of the pics from your shoot, but the one you posted today certainly shows that your 12 weeks were worth the effort. dpaul4553 My first trip was okay, too much food to eat but the fitness center had some good cardio equip. I leave for my next trip this coming Wednesday and then one more after that! dpaul4553 I'm hanging in there, not a lot of progress, but I'm sticking with it for the most part. Your kettle bar handle sounds interesting. I've never worked with kettle bells myself. What do you do with the bar that you couldn't do with the regular handle? Oct 26, 2011 5:40am
