Tuesday: Running or Basketball or both
Wednesday: Ass and legs.
Thursday: Chest, Bicep, Tricep, Shoulder, Upper Back, Mid Back.
Friday: Basketball or Running.
Saturday: Ass and Legs or Swimming or Climbing.
Sunday: Rest or Climb
When I have lot of work to do at my job or other important things to attend I try to only sacrifice cardio days.
