Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein -i have been using their product for 2 years now and it help me lose weight and gain good weight. now im bulking i have been taking 3 scoops in the morning instead of one when i was cutting. and its been a month now and i have gain probably 1-2lbs with clean food.
GNC - L-glutamine muscle recovery or repair alot of cancer patient are using L-glutamine because of radiation or chemo or even HDR "high dose radiation" as a supplement to repair good tissues that has been destroyed by radiation (EBRT).
