Average about a minute, this allows my muscles time to recover from the last lift and still give me enough strength to get through the next set.

Its been a while since I have written a post, but I felt compelled to do so tonight after the workout I had. Tonight was amazing, it was a leg day and with all weights and lifts combined I moved a total of 68,475lbs tonight.. I was dead tired but energized by how all the heavy weight made me feel...
