How I Started:
When I was in high school I majored in dance and also was a subscriber to athletic magazines. I loved the way the women's physiques looked. They were healthy and strong.
Why I Love It:

I am a SAHM of two girls and though I love being home with them they do keep me busy. I need to focus on my health and physique and make time for myself. I hope to get in the best shape of my life and to bring sexy back.

hey girl! I started with Stevep78 just on Monday April 13th and its going amazing!!! I have never been so sore! I am on the physcotic 12 week plan. He changes workouts every 2 weeks..so ur body is always changing! And its a great price! Hes wonderful. Hes preparing me to do a bikini comp in oct 2009! Hey girl. I'm glad you're doing okay. I read your blog, and I used to hate cardio, watching tv while doing it sucks for me, I put my fav tunes on my ipod and kept pushing, now I actually (gasp) love cardio. LOL Just keep at it, eventually I think you will find as your body and mind adjust to training and diet that you will actually begin to enjoy and love the things that were drudgery in the beginning. Be strong, you can do it!
