Just another veiw I am so ashamed I use to have good abs the tone is under all of the 2 inches of ab fat around my navel.

Goal (Long):
Well I am in the process of eliminating the remainning ab fat. I will be doing a cut diet. Well I am at a awkward state. I have lost a lot of weight all over. So now the midsection is trying to hold on to the remaining fat. NO NO So now I am in the process I cut up my body.
WARNING TO ALL INDIVDUALS DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE i MADE AND NOT EAT ENOUGH CALORIES. I WAS RUNNING 3-4 MILES A DAY AND LIFTING WEIGHTS AND NOT EATING ENOUGH TO KEEP MY METABOLISM UP WHICH LED TO A HALT IN MY TRAINING. THEREFORE I CAUSE MY BODY TO HOLD FAT CREATING FAT RESERVES AND THE BIGGEST ONE WAS MY MIDSECTION. SECOND MISTAKE NOT GETTING ENOUGH PROTEIN THE DISTANCE RUNNING CAUSE MY MUSCLE TO BE USED FOR ENEGRY. SINCE RUNNING BURNS SO MANY CALORIES AFTER AWHILE THE BODY WILL USE THE MUSCLE FOR PROTEIN. I WAS TOLD SO MANY THINGS BY DIFFERENT TRAINERS AND FITNESS PROFESSIONALS. I HAVE FINALLY DID ENOUGH RESEARCH AND I HAVE A PLAN IN PLACE I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CORRECTING THIS MISTAKE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE CORRECTION PROCESS FOR THREE MONTHS AND I HAVE LOST WEIGHT LIKE CRAZY. I PUT IT TOGETHER I WAS EATING MORE SO MY BODY COULD RELEASE THE FAT IT WAS HOLDING FOR STARVATION. WELL THE MIDSECTION IS FIGHTING ME. I WAS TOLD THAT WILL BE THE LAST TO GO. I AM RETRAINING MY WHOLE BODY. BY NOW I SHOULD BE RIPPED I RUN LIKE CRAZY BUT WHEN THE BODY IS NOT FED PROPERLY IT HOLDS THE FAT. ALSO I AM FOCUSING ON KEEPING MY PROTEIN INTAKE UP. I AM TRYING TO GETTING BIGGER LEGS. THEY ARE TONED LIKE CRAZY BUT SMALL. I HAVE INCREASE MY PROTEIN INTAKE SO I CAN SO THE MASS IN MY LEGS. THE DISTANCE RUNNING IS NOT BAD BUT WITHOUT THE PROPER CALORIE INTAKE AND PROTEIN INTAKE. IT WILL CREATE A MAJOR PROBLEM. AM I DISAPPOINTED WITH MYSELF? YES. I COME FROM A FAMILY OF FIT PEOPLE AND ATHLETES NO ONE TOLD ME. WELL THEY ARE NOT RUNNERS THEY JUST LIFT A LOT OF WEIGHTS. I WILL BE TAKING A FAT BURNER AND I WILL BE THROUGH THIS. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED I DO NOT EAT GARBAGE AND I DO NO HAVE A HARD TIME RESTRICTING MYSELF SO I HAD TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG.

Goddessamazon inspires me because she is a tall woman that is handling her business. She is showing others that being a tall woman does not mean you have to look frumpy and out of shape. Tall girls rule. Keep running it Goddessamazon.
She is a tall girl one who representing hard. Also so is setting a example for women being the fittest hottest pregnant chick because we need to see women being consistent with fitness not just for a season but with every change that we go through. Also, she is handling her business and keeping it real. She is showing that hard work is required.
Why I like this video: This is not a fitness video but it will apply to fitness because it is about diet (bad eating). Now I do not eat fast food but I know a lot of people who do and eat this crap. After you look at this crap you will be disgusted. Food is suppose to breakdown and get old. My uncle is a chemist and he said that is nothing but a science project. Watch this crap. What cracks me up people was saying she was lying. This food is the reason so many people are fat. Eating this crap in large amounts is bad. Watch this and learn something. People are so blind. I use to work at McDonald's years ago so I am not surprised.
I have a weird body or maybe I am not the only one. Well I notice when my protein intake is down I start gain weight. But when I increase it I lose weight and notice muscle definition. Well I hate that because I can have low intake for a week and notice weight come in my midsection....
Dont let it stress you out. There are times when i just dont feel like eating, but i choke down whatever is on the list anyway because i know it will pay off in the long run. For the most part my body has adjusted to the 7 meals per day. Sometimes I skip a shake, but only if i really am not feeling like it.
The 5 pound gets me through the month. And back in the day while they ate a lot of meat they also consumed a lot of raw eggs. Damn that, I'll take the shakes!

Hi Inneka how is training? Sorry it took so long for me to thank you. Pregnancy has been hard but it's getting better with lots of help. yep being fit isn't an option for me. So 'm kinda all baby. Although my workout is now limited to Yoga starting Wed. Hopefully I will be able to do Pilates if the doc gives me the ok. Thx though u made my day! Good luck with legs!
