How I Started:
I used to lift for fitness and made good gains but then my schedule got the best of me so I stopped. I got the bug one day to see what I could do with myself and have been consumed since.
Why I Love It:
Because its the one constant thing in my life that centers me, and when I see the results I know that it is from something I did and not something someone helped me with or did for me.
For right now the gains are coming well, and I am wanting to build a bigger stronger body so one day I can refine it and possibly compete.
Goal (Long):
Being a distance runner in high school and college, getting big was never an option, now that I am out I want to change that. My long term goal is to develop to the best of my ability and push my genetics to their limits and beyond.

I've been there before! Thanks, I've just got to take it slow and learn to listen to my body instead of being stubborn and keeping on until I breakdown! Be careful with that leg, already I can tell I've lost muscle in just having to take a break in 2 1/2 weeks. It sucks! Well I have class until 7:45 at fort knox and then it takes me about an hour to get home, so that will be my fun halloween!! what bout yourself?
hey! well I have been workin hard, but I injured my leg 2 weeks ago, and it still is botherin me, so I haven't done cardio or legs for 2 weeks - which sucks!!! I'm from Nelson Cty. Where r u from?
WOW- you've had quite a week! I am so happy to hear that things are going well both with school and training. I think you will see that training will improve the whole studying/school experience. It was great for me- a great stress outlet. Hope the rest of your week goes well & keep training hard. You are an inspiration.
