Background

When I Started: Apr 2001
HOW I STARTED:

Through sports. I was playing a lot of rugby and wanted to increase my performance so I started weight training. I just never stopped.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I just enjoy the feeling of improving my body and overall health. It's a good feeling to push 315 for 8 on Bench too.
