Somewhere around 230lbs, I thought I was OK since I had 19" arms.LOL! This wasn't rock bottom either. believe it or not I got fatter, I just don't have any pictures.

So with the influence of a friend of mine I have decided to run a half marathon that is a month and a half away. I , know I'm crazy, since I am not a runner, don't run regularly and the most I have run in the past 6 months is a 5K, which wasn't a problem at all. I lift heavy things, thats what...

Yo man -- how's training going? Dude, I was in New Orleans last week for a 4 day vacation. Had a blast but kept getting tricked into tourist trap restaurants. Couldn't find the great food! We needed to get some insight on the good hole in the wall places.
