Today was my 2nd week using Eric Spoto's 6 week Bench Program and I ended up with 3 sets of 162.5kg triples so next week will be 165kg. Warmed up with 12 reps at 60kg, 10 reps at 100kg, 6 reps at 140kg, then the triples. Felt good, this is my 2nd week with no PWO either. Will be going back on Mesomorph in the near future.
Started out my weight lifting journey as a last resort effort to help my brother lose weight. We became better mates then we'd ever been and both got hooked. 2 years later I competed in a local gym competition and won with an easy 180kg press.
