I change them up every month in attempt to get out of a plateau im currently stuck in.
Currently i am doing the "Bizzy plan" and in the last week of it. My workout consists of cardio mixed with either upper or lower body depending on the day.

I follow many of the diets i find on bodybuilding.com, i try to make a balance between fats, protein, and carbs.
AM: 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal (unsweetened)
Snack: Fruit (orange) and protein bar
Lunch: Chicken breast, broccoli
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Chicken or steak and asparagus.
Snakck: protein shake.

I take a prenatal vitamin since it has the most folic acid in it than any other multivitamin, once daily. I take CLA which is good in breaking down fatty acid chains, and a B complex, D and CA++. I do take gaspari superpump as my preworkout, it has adenosine triphosphate (natural energy), and protein shakes post workout.

My kids motivate me and just knowing all i have been through to get where i am with my weight loss to turn around now would be ass nine..lets see where this road takes me.
