How I Started:
My husband and I originally started working out well over a year ago, he continues and I continually slacked off. But after seeing how much he accomplished in the short time that I was not working out, I started hitting the cardio and dumbells again.
Why I Love It:
I feel more confident in myself, I feel more energized and I obviously enjoy looking better!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the negative things in my life and use the negative energy to push myself. I also look at my wedding pictures and think "WOW!!! THAT WAS ME!!!" I've lost roughly 40 lbs since April 07 and I don't EVER want to go back to that!!
BB Accomplishments:
I've dropped 3-4 jrs. pants sizes, about 40 pounds and a LOT of bodyfat. I didn't track it because looking at it daily, or even weekly, was causing me to stress out and lose motivation.
I want to tone up and lose the last 5-10 lbs of bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
Now that I've dropped to 140 lbs (give or take a few pounds depending on water weight), I want to finish toning. I've not tracked my inches lost, but I've dropped 3 pants sizes and I'm back into those high-school clothes! Now it's time to get really fit!!!
