Prepping for Marine Corps boot camp, and the rest is history...
Why I Love It:
I know I'm doing something positive for my body health and appearance-wise that only a small portion of our population enjoys doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look forwarding to hitting the gym after a long day at work; it's a great way to relieve stress and keep blood pressure down.
BB Accomplishments:
Lowering my body fat% and being able to bench, squat, and deadlift more than my body weight.

Another thing you should work on if you are going to boot camp other than squats are pull ups. They are big on testing how many reps you can do pulling up your own bodyweight and it is also a great back exercise.
Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.

I was originally from Queens NY. I see your a graphic Artist. I'm a digital media/film major and I think digital media is similiar to graphic artist. If not then can you tell me what a graphic artist does. It sounds interesting

hey marine- I like youe reason for starting to train! Did the pre basic training help?? Are you still in? I'm Army reserve, served in Baghdad and now here as a civie contractor. The gym is about all there is to do on down time!
