I try to get most of my protein through food, but I compliment this to get extra meals with whey protein, sometimes Soya protein....read on.

or stumbling block for me is the fact I am MASSIVELY intolerent to Artificial Sweetener, this limits what I can buy, as all protein powders have it it. This isnt a bad thing, why work so hard at great nutrition only to flood your body with toxins anyway. But then I found Reflex Natural Whey, it contains whey protein, glutamine and probiotic, no carbs nothing.......so I add stevia or sugar to sweeten it as i like.
Buiilding stage:
Pre-workout: 30g Reflex whey combined with
1.5 g Beta-Alanine
4g L Leucine
20g Maltodextrin powder
Post- workout: 30g Reflex Natural whey
5g creatine
4-5g L Leucine
a little table sugar and stevia to sweeten
GenFX HGH potentiator twice daily
Fish oil tablet once a day
Reflex Nex Gen multivitamin once-twice a day.
