I started working on when i used to play sports in high school and have been till now.Not until i got deployed to Iraq did i start working out hardcore.I can't wait to get back home and hit the gym hard and start a steady diet
Why I Love It:
I love transforming my body.I love it when i'm walking and i can hear the girls say "did you see him gah!.. He was hot and damn big too"
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell my self i will only be that much bigger and pain is good.I turn up the music also until its just me the music and pain
I want to bust the seams in my shirt and at least weigh 180 by feb while losing some body fat.
Goal (Long):
For as long as i can remember i remember my first time looking at a bodybuilding magazine i saying i want to look like this one day. Being in good shape is not enough for me i want to look better there is always something i can improve and will improve. I want to fill out my shirts and my traps and lats to bulge from my shirt i know if i stay motivated i will fufill my goals.
