My main goal is to keep pushing my powerlifting personal records while improving my body image by working on the weak areas and lowering the body fat even further.
I have been working out since about 15 or 16, but just recently I began looking at my diet and overall image.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlift, squat...These exercises require alot of technique, get it right before going heavy!
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
The most common reasons are: improper technique, over-competitiveness.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I injured my back, while squatting, i had to quit working my back for several months.

There must have been a mistake -- you have to weigh more than 143 lbs! You're too thick to weigh that little. Keep up the great work!

thank u :) u are looking good too, love the pecs and abs. Muscle milk is good, I tried it the other day for the first time with water (I usually use milk) and I didn't even throw up, I was amazed, lol. U should try it.
