Glad to know you're working on becoming a physician! No I didn't compete, but I was glad to see a great showing of bodybuilders, especially the Grand Masters (six quality physiques in the 50+ age category--gives me hope that there's still gas in MY tank)!

life happens right? I've learned through much trial and error to just allow it. you have good things going on for you.. life enhancing things.. I would say focus on it.. and when time permits work your way back into the gym. I'm learning that if I can't keep up with training I just make sure my eating is decent... and congrats on med school bud. you will do well..
