Weeks 13-16 was a new program through my gym...I worked out from 12/2/08-12/28/08 with 15 days off from workout because of vacations and rest days. 12/29/08-1/4/09-off for vacation. Started new routine on 1/5/09-1/25/09 and I lost 7-8lbs, and I didn't see any progress. Back on Bodybuilding routine as of 1/26/09-3/4/09--38days with 17 days off (6 vacation/8 back injury/3 rest) I think I lost mass as well as weight since my last progress pics in November. Hopefully progress will return soon
