Workout Program:
CURRENT: Getting back in shape program, hybrid of P90x, Beachbody Insanity, and Kettlebell workouts. MWF:Kettlebell workouts (working up to complete on AOS Providence)
T/Th/Su:Cardio(Plyo,Power,Re covery)
T/Th/S/Su (AM):alternate yoga and pilates

NOT DONE: TRIED IT, BUT COULDN'T MAINTAIN THE TIME REQUIREMENT/SCHEDULE. P90X. Yeah, yeah, I know there's a lot of hype, but right now I've put on a lot of weight in the last 3 months changing jobs, moving cities, changing gyms, travelling and vacationing and need to strip off the fat with something I can maintain without access to a lot of equipment. Plus I really like the philosophy of mixing it up.

DONE (BUT DIDN'T HIT GOALS): Built up decent base of strength, could push it further, but am going to take a break from heavy lifting and focus on building up muscle endurance base. I've put together something myself, a combination of
-100-Pushup Challenge DIDN'T GET TO 100 BUT SAW HUGE GAINS
-Armstrong Pullup program (20 pullup target) THIS IS MY WEAK SPOT, HAVING A TOUGH TIME INCREASING PULLUP REPS
-Seals/BUDS prep running program
-Ongoing strength training, compound lifts 3xweek to maintain strength

DONE: Stronglifts 5x5. This is a variation on the Bill Starr/Madcow. Think I've maxed out on Stronglifts. I've done couple of deloads on SP, BP, DL, and SQ. Not able to move BP, DL anymore, Squats are getting near impossible 3x week. Ended up with a SP of 130 (x5), Row 165x5x5, BP 160x5, SQ 270x5x5, DL 285x5 @ 200 lb. bodyweight.

DONE: Getting ready for vacation/travel. Tri-set workout alternating with Cosgrove Barbell Complexes 3x/week. Have also started hill training on weekends to build hiking endurance. May toss some yoga into that 1-2 times per week.

DONE: Bill Starr/Madcow 5x5 Intermediate. Worked great, put on size and impressive strength gains. Will do again in the Fall/Winter.
