How I Started:
Started lifting to lose weight. Lost 35 lbs. and then decided I needed to get stronger/pack on some more muscle (while remaining lean).
Why I Love It:
Am continually told that I look 10 years younger than I am. No one ever said that to me when I was fat.

CURRENT: P90X. Yeah, yeah, I know there's a lot of hype, but right now I've put on a lot of weight in the last 3 months changing jobs, moving cities, changing gyms, travelling and vacationing and need to strip off the fat with something I can maintain without access to a lot of equipment. Plus...
You def should use a recovery drink...we just use a high quality protien drink...I love Probolic...and chocolate is the best flavor...you would think water and chocolate powder would be gross, but it's def not...Keep up the good work...it won't be long before you start seeing changes...keep in touch.
oh, and i also had trouble in the first few weeks with bench so i tested the waters and laid on the bench and did dumbell flys for 3 sets of 8-10 and THAT left me sore. Next week i was able to do my bench pretty damn easy.
Ide try that before a reset
I think you should work both to the max. It's not uncommon to have an imbalance between the right and left hands. Just do what you can to bring the weaker hand up.
Hello there! About your question on putting on clean mass. For me it has been slow but noticable from when I started out 6-7 months ago. Eating clean (high lean protein min of 1 gram per body lb min, along with lots of fiber (salad and veggies and cutting the sugar and breads/pasta's), being diciplined with my lifting/cardio/rest plan is working for me. How is it going for you?
Concidering how hard it is for me to gain wieght I think I've had moderate success with the weight gainers. The first tub I got I put on about 7 lbs. Might not seem like much to most people but, for me it's pretty good in about two weeks.
