Goal (Overall):
I would like to weigh approximately 180 lbs, so about 50 lbs of fat loss. Build muscle and gain strength. I'm not afraid to be muscular. I would like to get as close as possible to my goal by the end of the year!
Goal (Long):
Lose approximately 10 lbs of fat a month, gain muscle and strength. Combine aerobic, weightlifting, and outdoors sports into a fitness lifestyle for a healthier happier me! Get healthy, into a normal BMI. It's a lofty goal, but I think I can do it.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 54 lb

I am doing fine thanks! I know all about trying to get with the ex's trust me. I am about a year and a half past my divorce so trust me I know. It gets better and better each day to the point where you dont even think about it. Just keep working out because that is what got me through my break up and plus it makes you feel better about yourself. I really wish you the best and if I can help please let me know. Stay in tune and be good! Our story is pretty similar after reading your blogs.... :)
