I workout. 6 days week. i do bi/triceps 2 days week,
back/leg 2 days a week, chest 2 days a week. and abs every other days.

Biatricia What I've learned is that it takes time to get to where u want to be physically. For me it took a looooong time and I'm still not where I want to be physically lol! I'm 65% there though. Hang in there time u'll be BIG in no time;) Jun 16, 2011 11:33am
