My legs are a little out of proportion. I'm only looking to get them toned for right now, I think running and biking would cover that. You're right, I do need to add back exercises, but I'm concerned about trying to lift too heavy and getting injured.

I work out three days per week-Arms, Chest, Shoulders. I do three sets of 10 exercises by decreasing reps but increasing reps on each set. It's all in my workout tracker.

I'd like you to take a look at my workout tracker. I'm looking to tone more than add mass. My main goal is too decrease my body fat %. My weakness is cardio. I'm working almost 70 hours a week right now, so I don't get to do as much cardio as I need to. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks! I've never heard of a vegetarian weightlifter. The typical image is muscle-bound lifters tearing into complete chickens (grilled though) and washing it down with a power shake. I'm actually intrigued by that. I figured my nutritional habits have not worked for me so far, so why not try something that will?
