From birth to college, I had always been extremely active. I was a runner in high school and had dabbled a little in weightlifting and had been intriqued by it ever since. Once I started college, I packed on the fat by use of poor eating habits and limited activity.
Why I Love It:
It feels good while I'm working out and as I can feel and see my body changing.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the large mirrors at the gym. I wonder how the f*%# I wound up looking like this...
BB Accomplishments:
Starting from scratch and sticking with it. Now it's grown into something better than I imagined!
Forum Signature:
"..the only thing we have to fear is spiders, robots, zombies, space aliens, Johnson's wife and fear itself!"
I want to look healthy, feel healthy and be healthy, period!
Goal (Long):
I have a high percentage of body fat, so that would be first goal-to lower it. I'm at 220 lbs. right now. According the BMI scale, I should be between 133 and 172 lbs. I can't imagine seeing 133 lbs. on the bathroom scale, so I'm gonna start with baby steps. I want to be at 180 by this time next year (totally doable). I am probably the most unselfish person you'll ever meet (to a nasty fault). I want to be more pridefull, so that my personal accomplishments can be more important to me (just not to a fault in the opposite way.) I want to leave my comfort zone, step outside myself and be amazed by what I'm capable of.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
17%

Hey John, thanks for adding me. Bear with me, I am trying to figure out my messages! It is nice, one of the reasons I decided to move to FL!! The heat and the beaches!
hha..yeah I know. When people come to know I am a vegetarian, thr first wuestion is "Where do you get your protein?" and then " Its impossible to gain size like that!". Thats what motivates me. I admit its hard but it can be done. I started lifting after high school but became serious about diet and bodybuilding since last year only. We will see how it goes ..but there is no stopping! :)
hey!
well I have been a vegetarian all my life. Recently, I have become stricter on my diet. Check out my profile for my diet. I just put it up there..
