How I Started:
Well from the start my goal was to get fitter for sports, but I got simply got addicted to lifting.
Why I Love It:
The reason I am working out is because it relives stress, so instead of beating someone I can just run a few miles or pound a few weights. Working out is what keeps me sane.

I stay motivated by knowing I can get better.

They dont have a spotter or are not aware of whats going on.

Running is fine, but learning to duck and cover is a lot more safer. Good luck with your goals . . . 7% BF that's kinda of low.

I know how hard it is to stay fit over there bro. I lost 50 lbs over there back in 2003. We never had time to lift, always on the go. It can be a real bitch trying to maintain your fitness level with only 4 hours of sleep a day. Good luck and God speed! "Air Assault!"
