How I Started:
a few friends of mine started hitting another gym,so I decided to start working out on my own and increase my fitness,esp cardiovascular fitness,and then I started getting more and more into bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
It is seriously relaxing!!! after I finish working out,it feels like I just took ecstacy or something :] and plus, I get an increased feeling of confidence when I workout
How I Stay Motivated:
mainly by my progress,also by competing with a couple of friends,so each of us pushes the other to his limits
BB Accomplishments:
none so far,Im still in my 3rd month,so no huge achievment,but I have to say that my arms did get bigger!! I gained about 5Kg,and my back muscles and shoulders are getting into shape slowly slowly

ok,today I decided I should take a further step in my diet.
its been about 4/5 months now since I stopped all fizzy drinks (except malt beverages),all sorts of chips,all chocolate except Kinder (this one has been really tough!! :P)
