I did not like being skinny so I chose to hit the weights and put on some muscle

I like to push myself as hard as I can, being able to change my body the way I want and get stronger and quicker

Knowing that I can get in there and put in blood sweat and tears and when I walk out of the gym I know I DID WORK SON!

I spent my 4th doing some heavy shoulder work, everything from arnold presses to weighted punching drills followed up with abs and jump rope all in all it was an awesome training day for me hope everyone else had a good one!
