Why I Love It:
Whats not to love? For me its about trying to improve myself not only physically but mentally. I believe that there is always room for improvement and that with exercise an open mind is key because there is always something to learn. Above all I would have to say just watching the changes that my body has made before injury and then the couple years of recovery, and the people that I talk to that are either scared or embarrassed to enter the gym because they can't lift much weight and making them realize its not about the weight, its about taking a step toward being healthier, more confident and happier.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see the guys that struggle to just gain a solid pound, realize I was gifted to have genetics.Look in the mirror and think of what I can achieve with dedication. Look at my pics from when I just got back in the gym, They were pathetic.
BB Accomplishments:
When I was 18 my senior year before the injury I weighed in at 228 and Benched my person record 245x14 (felt like warm up), 275x14, 315x 18

Goal (Long):
Live alot healthier lifestyle, Hopefully get down to 8% bodyfat. Also get my cardiovascular health in alot better shape. Would like to have a 6 pack and lose the love handles.. Hopefully inspire some and maybe even meet some friends along the way.
Congratulations on the graduation! So envious! What is your major in? I took 2 years off from school and till this day I regret it, would have been done 2 years ago! Yet the 2 years working for a financial firm was a great experience...so mixed feelings! Now not going to get done till next year!
Whats up man? Just got around to answering people. Training is going good. I started a fat loss competition at my gym so I have been busy with that. We got the pot up to around 900 right now. it oughta be fun. When are yall coming to clear springs? I heard it will wear your ass out.
meadville has some of the best trails I heard. they were shut down the last time I checked because of a storm. We have an awesome trail here in bhaven if you like jumps, bridges and obstacles. i love riding it but I suck bad it. I did a face plant as my seat went flying through the woods the last time I went
