Football in 8th grade, once I started I couldn't stop..
Why I Love It:
Like the feeling of being exhausted and wanting to puke after a heavy day. Feels good to be healthy, and I like feeling powerful, (seeing plates stack up). It is something I can steadily push myself to become better at, there is always room for improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
Injury set me back a couple of years and now that I'm healthy I want to get back. I'm at 350 pounds on bench, after about 5 solid months of working out. Want to get up to 405 in a few months
BB Accomplishments:
When I was 18 my senior year before the injury I weighed in at 228 and Benched my person record 245x14 (felt like warm up), 275x14, 315x 18

This was 2 years ago, I had been out of the gym (2yrs) due to nerve damage from football. Went from 232lbs solid to about 185 in this picture.
I want to get my body in competition shape by next Spring, it is going to be a lot of hard work but now that I'm healthy I want to push my body farther than ever. Hopefully gain a solid 10 pounds of muscle and get down to about 6% bodyfat
Love to share my roids with you big man and lift! Really push you to freaky huge and stronger than Superman! Can't wait to see your gains on this cycle! Will it be your first one??
Keep growing Superman!
Ivan, I hope your diet this week has been going better than mine. I've been on a see-food diet the last 5 days. I'm going on vacation next week and hopefully I'll come back refreshed and ready to get down to business. How about you man?
Ivan, checking to see how the diet is going. I believe I've finally got my self on track. Hopefully going to continue to cut for about the next 8 weeks and then just reduce bodyfat. Let me know how you are progressing.
Great progress and a very solid physique. It's good that you've been able to put your health/injury issues behind you and start making the gains you want again. Keep up the great work and good luck!
Thats damn good man. I did a 4 week cycle of the orginal AX Superdrol and gained 14 pounds in those 4 weeks. Which is absoloutely ridiculously insane for a hardgainer like me. Im hopin I get that and more off of my 6 week bridge. Its in the mail right now and Im hopin to start monday or tuesday. Keep up the hard work man.
I'll keep tabs on how your diet is going and we'll try to keep each other in check. I'm on day 4 and doing well, it just ain't fun. Good luck man, its summer and we've got to "look good".
