do a complete turnaround. lose fat, build muscle and have better self esteem.
Goal (Long):
i use to be a nice shape i was about 155 (i dont want to be smaller than that) then i hurt my knee, was hit by a car while riding my bike, and can we all say,, thats when things took a turn. i gained about 30 lbs. and when i decided, Hey! you fat girl in the mirror remember that sexy corset? you cant fit it anymore.
so in saying that...
i want to lose 20 lbs.. decrease my bodyfat by atleast 10-15%. and get a sexy azz back.
ive had so much going on here lately that i havent been able to work out. i was doing pretty good with the "eat clean diet" and water. i lost some water weight and a lot of the bloated feeling. i went out and got a barbell set. and that was a far as i got with it.
Hey Tessa! Looking good with the weight chart! losing steadily it seems! Thats so great! I'm in a slump this week, so far. Had 3 days out of 6 so far that have not met my caloric intake. Stupid stress. LOL! I'll probably maintain last week's loss. Keep up the great work. Post some photos! :) Have a great day!!!
Hello inashia, great goals, its hard working 12 hours, but you have what it takes to reach the goals, remember small balance meals, water, and some hot green tea, pick one day for you cheat foods, and enjoy yourself. Keep your steps at first small with all your overall training, How's you knee? Great luck!
