I want to loose fat while gaining muscle. I want to at least get down to a healthy 145lbs.
Goal (Long):
I was always pretty athletic, and never overweight. My first pregnancy, I quit working, was put on bed rest and just ate anything and everything and was too sedentary. I gained about 80 lbs. Then I lost 50 of that. My second pregnancy, same thing, cept I got up to 233 lbs. Got down to 185 after giving birth, and then about a year and a half later my weight went up to 245lbs. In Jan 09 I started to diet and exercise. I am down to 220 right now 3/19.
I want to loose the fat and gain muscle, I just need to learn the proper way of doing it, while staying healthy at the same time. I am not familiar with, supplements, protein, proper dieting really or even what kind of workouts will get me the results I want. So another goal is to educate myself, hopefully with the help of others. I hope by the first of next year I will have reached my goal and will submit my transformation to the website.

Ugh not so well........ I started a new job.. and its FULLTIME I know I shouldnt complain but it's my first fulltime job where I HAVE to be there and all that jazz.. I've been way too tired to even think about going to the gym..
what about you?! I hope you have better news!
Naw, I don't believe in too much weight.. just keep reps between 10-15 and rest for like 30 secs to a minute between sets of 3 or 4.. and try not to overtrain if you work the same muscles too much in one week your muscles are gonna get burned out and stop your progress. Aim for 3 days a week giving each muscle at least a day or 2 to recover. Eat lots of protein (or drink) so your muscles recover better and stronger. AND get that cardio up! Def give the hydroxycut a try..
it gives me enough energy to get through my workouts. I also recommend doing cardio right when you wake up and lifting HEAVY in the gym to the point of exhaustion!
lol yeah the only two things I can do is laugh at myself and do something about it just to laugh at it later! lol
And really.. you don't need to take all these different supplements and stuff to lose weight... I'm just trying thr hydroxycut max for the first time and it seems to be working so far...
