What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Sadly yes.... I tore my bicep muscle bench pressing, strange but true.
I tore an abdominal muscle sitting up after performong a DB bench press. I reinjured that muscle in mid 2007 during boot camp situps.
I did a rotator cuff impingement early 2006.
And the worst one of all, stress fractures and compartment syndrome in both tibia August 2007 - I am still in rehab mode (Jan 08)

What chest workout has worked best for you?
My chest is my strongest and most developed body part. I do low reps (1-5 reps) on barbell bench press and moderate reps on all other movements. Hey thanks for the reps. I'm glad SOMEONE agrees w/me. Over the years I have developed a twitch and an unbearable shooting pain in my head whenever a woman utters the word "tone" lol.
