I want to compete at the 2008 John Sherman Classic. Im hoping to put on 10-15 lbs of muscle and be up to 205-210
Goal (Long):
I want to get to a lean 205 by next july. I don't really expect to win at the John Sherman Classic, but the experience is worth everything that i'm putting myself through. i'll just continue to get bigger and at the end of the day, its all about the struggle.

dude ballys need to change their free weights they are so ghetto, and also the bench pressing stations are old school. I switched to la fitness i couldnt take their free weights
ummm right now im not, im still tryin to get housing @ central and if not then im deffinately gonna get a highrise or loft somewhere off of main or in midtown, but hell yeah traffic is a bitch for sure. its stressful haha
lol because everybody is boring the hell out of me for sure, i mean.....its same **** different day, not only that but i dont feel like arguing with a bunch of meat heads & all that....haha ill just keep my status low key for right now =)
