Random observations:
1. You have incredible legs
2. Your bookcase (in one of your pics) has some awesome books. I'm assuming they are your husbands, but I've been wrong before.

You are off to a great start. The 35+ forums on this site are one of its best features. Whenever you have a question, just post it there, and you will get a myriad of incredibly good answers and feedback.

I totally hear ya man. I think the thing which has been helping me along the most is keeping a journal in the 35+ section. There are some pro builders in there who routinely peruse the "newbie" threads and offer advice when needed. There are also a bunch of newbies like me who hold each other accountable. The people in there are GREAT.

It's funny how fast our bodies change for the better once we are able to keep ourselves from the pretzels and beer. I've done well keeping away from beer, but it's been a struggle staying away from pretzels, etc. Lol

So I was feeling kind of lazy today, until I viewed the page which had everyone's updates. You had an update there, and I followed it here, and proceeded to view some of your ab videos. The laziness is now gone, and I'm headed out for a hard ride to be followed up with my crunches. Thanks for posting your stuff. It's motivating for girls AND guys.
