HEY MAN. I JUST SEEN YOUR REP YOU GAVE ME LIKE A LONG AGO. BEEN A WHILE SINCE I LOGGED. YES. I HAVE PRACTICED SOME OF WHAT THE BOOK STATES AND IT HAS HELPED IN MANY AREA'S. I THINK I NEED TO REFRESH MYSELF HERE LATELY.
Thats why we need each other. I can avoid the sweets, even the chocolate, but that occasional beer and the evning popcorn are a struggle. If I could induce a como each evening around 7 or 8, I'd have this thing licked.

Thanks for checking! I haven't been updating my journal because it was getting redundant posting almost the same thing every day. LOL
I've added mobility training to my regimen, and it's really kicking my ass. I think that's what I needed to push me past my self-imposed limits.
Both my speed and endurance are worlds better than they were three months ago.

Ya..well, it rest day and that is exactly what I am doing on my butt! Resting! My legs are still screaming from my last training session 2 days ago! My trainer is kicking my butt!
actually i kinda lied. i do bicycle situps crunches lemonlimes different ab exercises to keep myself from getting used to any particular exercise. Thanks for the great ideas! nntn
