Thats why we need each other. I can avoid the sweets, even the chocolate, but that occasional beer and the evning popcorn are a struggle. If I could induce a como each evening around 7 or 8, I'd have this thing licked. Keep up the good work. I'm very impressed. Jim

Thanks for checking! I haven't been updating my journal because it was getting redundant posting almost the same thing every day. LOL I've added mobility training to my regimen, and it's really kicking my ass. I think that's what I needed to push me past my self-imposed limits. Both my speed and endurance are worlds better than they were three months ago. December in Netanya here I come!

My trick with the Brussels sprouts were actually my wife's cooking of them. She sneaked them past me with bacon, drippings, vinegar, and a hint of sugar. :)

actually i kinda lied. i do bicycle situps crunches lemonlimes different ab exercises to keep myself from getting used to any particular exercise. Thanks for the great ideas! nntn
