I have been in great shape before but over 10 years ago I have cronic shoulder pain and have to work around that and also a love for food. this time I'm 40 and done messing around I need to loose about 45 lbs and get my abs if there in there in shape.

Thanks for the Cool Note: I am going to the gym today doing my Cardio.. I will be placing new progress pics TODAY... I used to be an Aerobics Ins / Personal Trainer.. thats how a last so long doing cardio and using my DVD player on the machine
