well its all apart of low carb only natural sugar intake and protien but really wat doing is trying to limit your foods to reduce the amount of your stomach sticking out the tighter the inside abs the more the stomach can burn off

Everyone retains water it's just how much. Get on the scale before you do your cardio session. Then up your cardio an additional 20 min. from whatever you are doing now. The only difference from seeing all of your muscle definition is water. Just don't over do it with the cardio or you'll get server muscle cramps. Any other question just ask.
