Inferno212 The site is back up to stay. We had a little service misunderstanding. Feel free to log back on when you can. Tori. Everyone retains water it's just how much. Get on the scale before you do your cardio session. Then up your cardio an additional 20 min. from whatever you are doing now. The only difference from seeing all of your muscle definition is water. Just don't over do it with the cardio or you'll get server muscle cramps. Any other question just ask. Feb 9, 2009 4:49pm
