eh i haven't heard too much good on tribulus... to be honest. what about the "barely legals" like 17 hd, etc.

you've got half my problem, then. i have the world's largest calves. if i don't run a lot, they are actually larger than my thighs! (my thighs shrink when i don't run). as for my arms, they are condoned to be tiny for life. but i'll keep working them.
and hey-- don't do 'roids. try natural supplements first: DHEA is a great natural androgen that could help you out with growth. Also make sure you get your arginine pre workout and glutamine and leucine post workout.
