I've beat my body up for a long time... its time to treat it right.
Goal (Long):
I used to smoke cigarettes and drink habitually. I never gave a **** about what I ate. I just turned 25 this year and I don't want to be one of those people that tries to catch up on their health because you can't. I am smart enough to know what is 'right' and 'wrong' as far as my body goes. Its time to give it the respect I deserve. I am not necessarily focused on gaining or losing weight my body doesn't really respond well to either. I just would like to take the body composition I have now and make me the strongest I can be whether I lose or gain weight is irrelevant.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think its a little ridiculous. I believe I make a littl noise when exerting myself.

hey man thanks for the add! as far as questions go how did you get to your abs and chest that you have? I am trying to lean down to get to where you are. what di you do to fill in your abs and chest? you have that same flat V spot between you lower pecs that I do ? how do you fill it in?
