I've beat my body up for a long time... its time to treat it right.
Goal (Long):
I used to smoke cigarettes and drink habitually. I never gave a **** about what I ate. I just turned 25 this year and I don't want to be one of those people that tries to catch up on their health because you can't. I am smart enough to know what is 'right' and 'wrong' as far as my body goes. Its time to give it the respect I deserve. I am not necessarily focused on gaining or losing weight my body doesn't really respond well to either. I just would like to take the body composition I have now and make me the strongest I can be whether I lose or gain weight is irrelevant.
haha I got a weak 4 pack right now...I wana be diamond cut 6 pack in 2 weeks so still a lot of progress to be made. dialed in diet + exercise 100% today, just gotta keep it up for another 13 days lol
hey man thanks for the add! as far as questions go how did you get to your abs and chest that you have? I am trying to lean down to get to where you are. what di you do to fill in your abs and chest?
you have that same flat V spot between you lower pecs that I do ? how do you fill it in?
