I got started working out when I got tire of being slim and undefined. My life has gotta better and I now am at the point in my career where I earn more than enough to feel comfortable. I decided to get my body and health were my career and life were going.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush of lifting challenging weight. I love accomplishing difficult tasks and looking back on them as though I could have done better... So I do the next time i work out. I love
How I Stay Motivated:
I workout most of the time with my girl-friend and we help keep each other motivated
BB Accomplishments:
I've just started monitoring my weight and measurements. I gained 8 pounds in the last month.

I want to gain 15 pounds of muscle and build a heavily more ripped frame.
Goal (Long):
I've been slim my whole life, though I have alway been very athelitic. My high metoblism and high level of being active has keep me this way. I've reversed all of the things that prevented me from gain weight and muscle. I am on a one way trip to gain muscle mass. Hard work doesn't scare me... I kinda enjoy it.
I have been working out for about 5 months 3 of those months I was condition training preparing for strength training. My body has gotten much more definition than I had at first.

HEY THANKS FOR THE ADVICE.. I'M TAKING CYTOGAINER..ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS THAT I BEEN TAKING THIS PRODUCT AND GAIN 10POUNDS..BUT I WANT MORE..I WILL TRY TO TAKE IT TWICE A DAY..ALSO I'M TAKING CELL TECH AND NO2...SO WHAT DO U THINK??...ANY MORE ADVICE....
I dont have a specific ab workout. It always changes cos it keeps my muscles guessing. I do a lot of incline leg raises to work the lower abs. and i often hold a weight on my chest when doing sit ups, cunches, etc. variation is the key. good luck man.
