i can honestly say there`s no surgeries on the horizon, so now it`s just slowly working back to my best form i can be. my business is picking up again, feeling better, now i just have to start figuring out how hard i can push myself. put together a supplement, nutrition, & workout program....


Current Supplements:
Universal Animal Pak, 44 Paks
Started: Jan 01, 2008
Reason: It gives u most bang 4 u`re buck(only use 1 pak a day, makes my stomach upset if I take 2)
Universal Uni-Liver, 500 Tablets
Started: Mar 22, 2008
Reason: I`m old school,it`s another way to get protein & health benefits

ivan - training is good and a thing that worked for me is this - biotin along with vitamin E. you can buy the tablets quite cheaply in health stores, try biotin daily and vitamin E every other day. I suffered chronic tendonitis until getting this tip from a herbal doctor friend. Take care - thanks about the smile - Michelle

Hi Ivan - yes a personal trainer [ its only part time ] on top of my aerobics classes. Is the trouble with the hands muscle or joints or tendons?If its joints - animal flex works wonders with my knee. If it is tendons - biotin and vitamin E - Have a great day - Michelle
