In the upcoming weeks I'll be traveling out of town 4 days a week, for 8 weeks for work, I feel this going to wreck the work I've invested thus far. My biggest concerns are finding a place to work out and eating the proper foods. I have two ideas as far as working out. I've looked into the P90X...
Things are going good man! Just dropped another five pounds and getting ready to lose some more. Got to get that body right! In fact, I am about to work out in a few minutes. What's going on with you man?

Once you do this a few weeks, you'll learn on your own where your weaknesses are, and your strengths. your 4 days "traveling" will be difficult, but even 3 days a week working out, you should be able to get 80% of the benefit of a 5 or 6 days working out if it's done with intensity and consistency. I love your forum sign by the way, "Looking better at 33 than 23, totally doable, just not gonna be easy. (get addicted to triathlon, that might help!)
Very good question mr. Imaginary! hahah, had to add that part. Training for my first triathlon, well, I think I would pick a simple sprint tri or even some 5 and maybe a 10k run, and get your cardio into shape simply by mixing up your workouts. Go running 2 days a week, biking two days a week, and maybe a swim, and a weight lift mixed in.
well I don't know about this summer maybe by august. I am starting to slack a little this week b/c I have been working so much.... but hopefully at least by the end
