When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: Being in the Army...We work out but I figure that now I need to transform my body and get strong and faster to duties for my country. I'll be going to Iraq soon and people say that's the perfect time to do that. I'm strong in the chest and arms, but I need to work on my lowerbody and abs. So I'm starting to run a lot more and tring to eat healthier
Why I Love It: It makes you feel good when a person notices results. Also the fact that you get that many more looks because of your physique and also because you can personal goals and gains
How I Stay Motivated: Music...Hip Hop is my life. Magazines, also and women...lol. I also want to be able to do well on APFT.
BB Accomplishments: None as of yet. I guess getting on this site is a start

Today, I ran maybe about 3 miles with my mp3 player and started to zone out. It was fun. I kept thinking about all of the people I saw on here yesterday. I mean if I keep this up who knows what'll happen to my body. I took a current pic and posting it today. Tell me what you think I should work...
