A few days ago, I got my body fat tested and it has raised 2%. my weight is about the same. I'm gonna start doing a little more cardio beginning today.

Thank you for the request, harbinger sells wrist straps, I use them for my 25 lbs dumbell curls, to hell with looking stupid but think how you would look if you couldn't do it!!

After a year of 1-2 hours of cardio you probably have a fast metabolism so you shouldn't worry about getting fat. Just completely forget about it. So any weight training routine you try your gonna see ripping results
