Background
I decided that I no longer wanted to unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I also decided I wanted to make a change for the long-term not take the easy way to lose weight and become healthy.
I love working out because it relieves stress, makes me happy, and changes my body, attitude, health, and outlook on life for the positive.
