I had a really good run last cycle despite being on a slow cut so just wanted to log my supplements/diet for future reference.
Diet/ Supplement notes for cycle ending 3/23/13
3 month cycle losing .5'b/week, taking me from 142-136, with major strength increases (62lbs on my pl'ing total)
Supplements:
creatine (when I remember, ends up being like 4x week)
BCAA only on lower cal days (plain unflavored, a shot in plain water, it tastes too disgusting and spoils shakes)
Beta alanine, pre workout (plain, unflavored)
mega doses fish oil
l-glutamine
glucosamine
siberian root/ eleuthero
red marine algae (occasionally)
2 shots of avc daily (mixed in a goblet with water and a splash of cider)

Nutrition logged here too just for the ease of having it all in one spot.
The carb/ calorie cycling worked out really well for me. Felt a little hungry and defeated on 'low' days, but always energy and stamina for training and felt great in general. One thing I will do differently this time - I always planned my stressful squat days as a 'high' day. And a 'low' day almost always follows a high one. I think I would prefer the day AFTER squats to be a high day, because I am ravenous then. The day of, no appetite.
High days were usually something like:
1950-2100 cals
140-200g carbs
140-200g protein
fat - the rest
Regular days were
1700 - 1800 cals
140g carbs
140-170g protein
fat - the rest
Low days were
1600 cals
> 50 grams of carbs, basically whatever I get from vegetables
140-170g protein
fat: the rest
I'd been doing 2 high days (my squat days), 2 low days and the rest moderate.
Also 1 gallon/water diligently, every day.
